Report a translation problem
I had a similar problem with Skyrim SE and its Steam_API.dll file recently, but don't know if it's related or why the problem would persist, since I reset my computer.
Hope somebody can help, and that I provided enough information for someone to resolve the problem-- I can try and dig up more if anyone needs it.
Look for popcapgame1.exe
It may be listed as "Wild Tangent Game: Zuma Delux (popcapgame1.exe)"
Set "Monitor Technology" to "Fixed Refresh"
First, find the Steam folder. With normal installation it'll either be in the "C" drive or in one of those "Program" folders. Open it, scroll down, find the "Steam.dll" file, right-click and copy it.
Now open the "Steamapps" folder. Inside of that find the "Common" folder. Inside there you'll find the "Bejeweled 2" folder. Open it, make sure the game's EXE file is there- if it is you're in the right place- then PASTE the "Steam.dll" file there.
Try the game again.
Perhaps you could read my reply above and tell us all if it worked for you too, or not huh? Sorry I tried to help here...
