Death!

Ok, so I FINALLY 'beat' the game after a lot of trial and error learning how to play. I had a couple questions for other folks who beat the game and faced Death:

1. I bought the 'amulet', got past death and into the area beneath death.....being stupid, I didn't take any healing potions and died after taking out a few of the creatures. The market only seems to sell 1 amulet. So I had no way of getting another of my tribe past death again. Do you only get one shot to defeat the God? Has anyone found a way to get back down there if you lose your initial warrior who had the first (and only) amulet?

2. I finally found the portal to the market, but it was literally with the Priest of Adoxie which was the very last thing I conquered in the game. It would have been really nice to have been able to find the market midway through the game for everything it sold...by the time I found the portal, I was pretty powerful and didn't need anything at the market other than the amulet. Was this just a fluke with my game that the market was spawned with the Priest of Adoxie or is it always there? #annoyed

The market always spawns in that level, you can always visit there as soon as the adoxie area unlocks. The black market is mainly for the amulet + extra bits and bobs for final dungeon finishing touches.

if you have teleport on your keeper you can get back to hell, just make sure you bring some invisibility potions so you can sneak past death.
