Chickens and chicken coops

I have built a chicken coop and have chickens, but my population cap hasn't increased. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Same here .. not sure how to raise cap? I killed minor enemies .. still stuck at 10 .. created fences and coop?

if you are the dark knight or evil mage, you should be building the stone, and gold statues under the installation tab.

I figured it out. Chickens Coops raise cap .25. So you need 4 coops to raise cap 1. You also need enough space for it to spawn chickens..

Not really. Just placing the chicken coop tiles will raise your population cap. You need to place all 16 tiles to get the maximum benefit. The animals spawned having nothing to do with it other than providing visual flair.

Ah... okay .. I will try a fence around a 16 squares and see what happens!

4x4 you can increase the cap from any animal research.
