Did Steam ask you to remove the game from sale? If not, then that's fine with them. You're not forcing anyone to sell the game. The content is clear from the game's page. If you don't like it, you won't buy it. Why would you give up on a job that you've spent time and effort on because of a few people? You're making money from this job. The content doesn't matter, there's effort involved. There's forced sex in many AVNs. If the main character was a woman, it wouldn't be a problem if she did the same things to a woman or a man, right? You can cut off heads in games, kill others, and even bully real people in online games, but is the content a problem in AVN? There are a lot of incestuous games. How many people have f*cked their mothers and sisters or fathers and borthers? How many games have they removed because of the "content"? AVN, after all, is not a child's game. No way... You can not be serious? If no problems with steam, then why you surrender to that opinion. I mean even black PR is still a PR? To be honest I also was a little bit shoked from the game in the beginning, since it starts pretty wild in terms of content and character behaviour. But still, as you said, its a game. It does not harm anyone. And if someone goes and do terrific things after playing this game... well... the problem is definitely not in games. If someone kills anyone in road accident, by a car, we are not banning cars?
I hope you reconsider. While no problems with Steam and you are not violating any laws, which I doubt you do, since this is a work of fiction. I was so happy that just recently you updated it with the walkthrough, promising more content. And now, it never happens...
Still, I can understand your decision, no matter how hard for me to accept it, but. Dont actually know what I am trying to say here, honestly. I am just very upset of such turn of events. And hope that even if we lost this novel... It will not stop you from creating something new. This one was pretty unique and I liked it, despite the start. And I would like to see more of your creations in future.
