"Biggest Fan" achievement & 1 seceret ending

Hello,

I only missing two of all the achievements but i have hard time to get the two in the title...
in easy mode i got the ending when he goes back in time in LOPEZ body I think this is the one missing or the WTF one.

For "Biggest Fan" i really don't know how to unlock it.
Any clue or tips would be appreciated

You need Tommy to attend all the parties with his stepmothers, if I'm not mistaken there are three.

You need to sell him hard drugs after you already masturbated in the car and told him about it; and after he had sex at her house with her with the blindfold you buy at the store
