I haven't played as many Adult games as perhaps some of you but i have played a few to know you can label the females as Mom, sister, etc in all of them but the game descriptions all say stepmom or landlord instead. No Mercy was different in that they actually said mom.
That's the only thing which makes this game stand out.

There are plenty of other games like this. This one just did it better than others. Long animations, and drama. The author knows his stuff.
