The game, most likely, was removed not by steam but by dev themselves 'cause otherwise why would steam save game's store page if it was breaking the rules? When "Order Us!" was banned, even steamcommunity page was lost.

To warn others that this whole censorship crap is just rage bait?? I mean if you're fine getting scammed into overpaying for subpar porn, then I guess I can't stop you. But this isn't some battle for free speech. Far worse games on Steam and those don't get delisted. Even then they generate huge amounts of controversy. Make it make sense? The truth is that the developers censored their own game and are spreading this crap about censorship. They censored it themselves to generate engagement. No one would have cared otherwise.

Edit: Also wasn't there a game that was just removed from Steam because the developers were hosting a link to a demo that was filled with malware on a site that wasn't Steam? I'm just saying. None of this makes any sense.

I genuinely feel like people are being fooled into thinking real advocacy groups actually give a ♥♥♥♥ about a crappy little indie porn game on Steam that was only released just last month. I know that news travels fast, but come on.

This small indie game that you say nobody cared about has been banned in two countries. the group that was making demands of steam to have it removed is called Women in Games. They are an activist group that claim to be a global group that advocates for women's interests in gaming and esports. while yes the devs took the game off steam themselves there is nobody that is willing to believe that people in the audience of this women in games group weren't harassing these devs if not the group itself.

These pious hypocrites that fail to separate fiction from reality when it serves their virtue signalling agenda have successfully fueled my previously non existent interest in this type of games. I'll check it out and share it with friends.

We have to give these angry karens some credit, they even got political and involved gullible government organizations to coerce steam into thought policing small-time games. Maybe they don't have any better use for their tax payers' money or they have a guilty conscience for some reason.

Edit: it seems the game is gaining some popularity I hope they do well.

No one actually wants to buy it. People just like to be outraged: one group over content and the other over perceived censorship. The difference between this game and something like GTA or Call of Duty is that people actually want to play those games.

Remember the COD level where you gun down innocent people in an airport? During development of that level, it was originally planned to have the people screaming and crying, children cowering, etc., for more realism before they decided it would be too much for consumers.

And now same level is censored and skippable on newer versions of the game.

itch.io is a legit site. you can buy the game there no issues. i bough a few games from there myself.
there is also another site similar to patreon when you can support the dev if you want. I will not give the link to that. don;t want to give them ideas. sorry.
