This is worth the discounted price, but not the full price they are asking for. There's just not enough of a variety of tasks.

A great game to vent some frustration out on since all you do is destroy things.

Levels are fun and interesting but it's really the game mode. All you do is smash and knock things over, which is fine, but even the event's in the game are pretty shallow. Catch the mouse takes a few seconds to do, but the frequency for the events are few and far between that most of the time I just ignore them and focus on the objective.

If there was some other danger to be aware of, like maybe a rampaging human that comes in early you need to hide to avoid, or another pet you can chase or be chased by.

They did great on this, but it seems like there is a huge potential for more stuff.

This is extremely interesting and a far better prospect that this game's screen based counterpart. We're basically going for more "funny" and a bit less "ridicule" here by adding motion controls in this physics sandbox game. The VR experience was mesmerizing enough to land me nearly an hour of gameplay in my first two tries.

My only complaint would be, having an extremely substandard amount of space to play in (to the point where Room Scale setup in SteamVR won't let me finish the config) that the teleport feature likes to land you too far away from objects, resulting in a few accidental *real* object battings :-) It might make the game slightly easier to allow us to land right next to stuff, but it'll also be more fun that way.

I'll try to give this a good shot in a larger space at one point. I just WISH I had the room to go nuts and unleash the fury.

Playing in VR mode is an absolute blast. Everyone has so much fun having the cute little paws in front of you and just knocking things over. I have a 5 and 7 year old daughter who love going in and knocking things over while making their own cat noises!

Only issue is the teleportation frequently places you too close to a wall so that you clip and it can be a bit disorienting. Need to make sure you leave yourself a bit of extra space near objects.

Be a cat and wreck sh*t.

Praises
• Adorable pictures of cats. (And occasionally dogs and other pets.)
• Wrecking sh*t is strangely therapeutic, especially if you’re stressed.
• Amusing events. Moon Gravity always gave me a chuckle because you can sail across an entire room in slow motion. I would love to see a cat’s reaction to that in real life.
• References to other video games. For example, you can find figures of Isaac and Meat Boy.

Complaints
• The gallery doesn’t let you see the pictures at fullscreen. Thus, if I wanted to take a screenshot of cute kitties, it wouldn’t really be big enough to be visually appealing. I had to take screenshots while coming across pictures in play modes.
• Objective Mode seems unreasonably difficult at times.
• The cat went through the wall twice. Gave me a bit of a heart attack.

Of course, I recommend this cute/funny game! KITTIES!

Target Audience: Those wanting Stress Relief

Summary:

Catlateral Damage is accurate to what it says it does on it's Steam store page, and honestly, is a good stress reliever. There's something to just knocking everything all and about as a cat and causing massive chaos all over the place, even if the games variety doesn't stand up over a period of time. It's the perfect game in my mind to pick up on sale: or if you need a stress reliever right now, or ever really wanted to be a cat persay. There's some interesting elements for the genre like being able to open areas and the extra type levels like the super market, even if some of the areas are really really hard to get to. Overall, solid game that's worth taking a look at as a destresser tool.

• Some Strange jumping angles in particular with multi-layered overhead cabinets that can be frustrating to get to.
  
• While it has procedurally generated levels, they start to feel the same rather quickly in terms of basic layout.
  
• Really wish that one of the unlockable cats was a sabertooth tiger.
  
• Not really much more then knocking ♥♥♥♥ over simulator.
  
• Some reasonable bugs at times, like not being able to jump.

Catlateral Damage is the definitive first-kitten jerk cat simulator. Be the cat you've always wished you were, the one who looks at things and thinks "those need to be on the floor RIGHT NOW". Take control of the Kitten Who Loves To Break Stuff and break stuff. Forever. You will love this game, You will love being a cat. You probably already love being a cat, but how will you know for sure unless you play Catlateral Damage? So play it and confirm your best/worst fears/wishes. Be a cat. Knock stuff on the floor. Love doing it.

This game is the best. It's so much fun being a cat and just wrecking the whole house. And the museum. And the grocery store. And everything else ever. The game is endlessly amusing. (No, really. There's a litter box mode. Play forever.)

And if you see Morpheus in the game, say hi for me, because i know that cat in real life. He's a cool dude. Then knock his picture on the floor, because you are a cat, and this is what you do for a living!

You can play as many different cats. Your goal is to make a big mess within a certain timelimit, in order to gett a higher score. In the supermarket level you can push everything of the shelf. You can find a few eastereggs in some levels. It is hard to say no to these cute cats :)

-Replayability: 3/5 | There are also a few achievements that you can present on your steamprofile. But it can gett a bitt boring, if you play this game to often. Your fingers might gett tired (by to much clicking)
-Gameplay: 3/5 | The game needs more ways for you to destroy stuff and make a big mess.
-Catdesigns: 4/5 | Every Cat has their own weight. We still need more cats. They are still very cute.
-Graphics: 5/5 | I like the cartoony artstyle. Cats makes the game beautiful.
-Leveldesign: 4/5 | I wish there were more levels. It is fun to jump on many places in the level. But i wished there was a level like: Were you have to find many different ways to gett inside: like climbing on a tree close to a window, climbing the wall (certain cats can really climb very good), look very cute and hope that the person inside lett you in.
