r18 patch
Where it is? I cant find anything on google, its already included into the base game? I've played previous games before steam releases so I dont know how they handle it here

Do you know how and where should it be installed? Or I need to put it all together in the game file in steamapps/common/gamename?

No, the patch is only applicable for Steam and GOG (it's on GOG as a free DLC).
