Nightmare+ Mode...what is it?
What are the differences between Nightmare and Nightmare+ mode? Is Nightmare+ mode worth completing?

Not unless it makes the game more harder, I suppose, at least it doesn't drop red gems when defeating enemies (in case if you already have your characters maxed up.)

Other than that, it gives you more (or rather) lots of coins dropped from defeated enemies. Good for an "Arcade" run.
