Problem in Tropical Coast Zone 3

My Sonic Lost World has always been fine, but when I go to Tropical Coast zone 3 the game for some reason has intermittent colors on the tube that wraps around the level, I tried to go to the Nvidia Control panel to change the video card used by the game from Intel to my Nvidia RTX 3050Ti, trying again to go to Tropical Coast Zone 3, the level cape is correct but the game goes very slow, I have no problems with other games. (Sorry for my bad English)

Hey did you ever solve this problem? Every time I try to play the level on my newly built PC the water textures are missing and so flashy

Sadly, No, looks like that is an issue of Intel Graphics cards on Laptops.
