changing 60 fps to 30?

my game runs soo slow, (sonic doesnt even go fast!!!) and im pretty sure its cuz the game is 60 fps locked, (i dont usually run games on 60 tho) so im pretty sure thats why its going pretty slow. how can i change it to 30? thanks!

You can't. This game runs on "game speed" since it's running on an emulator. 60fps is 100% and if you were to try to run the game at 30fps it would run at 50%. For now, just deal with it. Sonic Adventure 2 has the same issue.

Doubt that it runs on a emulator, its more like how the game was built.

This game is locked at 60fps, meaning you can't get more, why do everybody hates this?
Simple, if your computer can't achieve 60fps all of the time, then it will slow down, ruining the experience.
Games on PC should be unlocked, not locked.

Nothing about money. Choosing to limit yourself to one platform because "Muh playing a console makes me inferior!" is pathetic. Saying "PC Master Race" is like saying "My toy is better than all of your toys ewww!"
