Green Wisp with ring dash?

Hi all,

Great game - I was wondering if anyone could kindly tell me how to do the "ring dash" using the Green hover wisp please? I am on Lava Mountain zone 3 and there is a section with a long trail of rings like this:

Also what is the trick with parkouring along between the two long grids?

For the green wisp I think you need to press the run button infront of a trail of rings.
For the two walls,you need to run along one of the walls and jump from one to the other again and maybe use the spindash to get a little bit higher.
Alternatively,i found out that you can manage to climb up one of the walls and just walk there.
