At the end of an AJ review you have 10-30 minutes of detail about a game. That's worth something. He's also never steered me wrong before.

I am hoping Lost World is at least better than the 3DS game. Up until Lost World all of Sonic's portable outings I had played had been polished and pretty fun, then that crapfest hit the 3DS. Each wisp power used completely different controls than usual- the water wisp used some odd gyro functionality I could never figure out, thus after 20+ lives of attempting to simply control a wisp I sold the game. Difficulty is one thing but having extreme inconsistencies in the game is another. Also the run button was a joke, if there's a mod for the PC release to always run without holding a button I'll downlaod it in a heart beat.

But with Angry Joe, to each his own. I like certain reviewers, others I don't. It's a matter of preference. I actually subscribe to some reviewers that I largely disagree with due to respect and their videos are entertaining, but Joe detests DLC and Season Passes(just like me!) as well as unwarranted pre-order only content and more. That alone deserves a salute versus the majority of gamers saying all these devs need the money- there are far better practices than that IMO. Plus, Joe's entertaining, which again, is what wins the day for me, not if I agree with him.
