PlayStation button prompts mod?
I have a DualShock 4 (a PlayStation 4 controller), and I use it to play any platforming game that supports controller input (I use InputMapper to emulate it as an XBox controller).
In Sonic Generations, I use a mod to replace (most) XBox button prompts with PlayStation button prompts. Is there a mod (or even vanilla feature) for this in Sonic Lost World? (I plan to get it relatively soon, regardless of how bad people might say it is.)

I don't know if there is one, but it shouldn't be too hard to make one. Maybe I could try to do it. If you look at my screenshots, I know how to modify the HUD and stuff, so I can dig into the files for the buttons...

Personally I use a Wii Classic Controller for games, so it would be nice if I made one for myself too to be honest. :P

Edit 2: Lost World is a fun game on PC when you take away all of the WiiU gimmicks like the touch screen or the gyroscope. Feels like Classic Sonic with a Mario Galaxy twist in a way, and it's a decent port too. You can turn off DOF, the grassy effects, shadows, and the game goes from 1024x768 to 1080p. No more no less. Keep those in mind.

No, but I doubt it'll be too hard to make your own. Look up the SonicRetro thread on modding the game.

If you choose to do so, thank you very much. If possible, I would like if it could be the prompts from the PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Generations... but I don't have much luck finding those online, despite how easy it is to find the XBox prompts of the game.

But your Steam profile is private.

I know. I've been digging around these forums once in a while. (Anti-aliasing is my biggest concern...)

I know. I think I once did something retexture-y with Sonic Generations, however I don't remember what I did or if it even succeeded. But it would still be easier for me if there already was a mod for it, of course, thus why I asked about it.

Oh yeah I forgot I had my profile on private. Someone attempted to scam me at one point. Heh.

Here.

And as for anti aliasing. There's a sweetFX injection for Lost World floating around somewhere.

...Well I can definitely see the Wii U-exclusive buttom prompts becoming annoying after a while. That's probably the number one thing to mod out. :P

That's already been done. :P

Couldn't imagine otherwise. Anyway, I got a 20-Euro Steam gift card for X-mas, so now I have 5.36€, as I had 0.35€ before, got 20 to 20.35€, and then paid 14.99€ for Sonic Lost World. I'm gonna go hunt down the mod loader and no-U mod, then.

You're talking about removing the Omochao (achievement) and inventory buttons, right? You click them with your mouse or they have designated buttons on the gamepad.

Achievements open with the press of a dpad direction and the inventory pops up if you click in the right stick

I'm talking about anything that's supposed to be touch-enabled... but apparently removing the OmoChao thing makes it so you can't see which item you've selected in your inventory. It's fine, though, I suppose.

Edit: Also, about PlayStation buttons... Eh. I've yet to see button prompts anywhere besides the title screen, level select, or act clear screens. I assumed it was more Generations-y, with 5-10 button prompts per level and such. It's pretty okay with XBox button prompts.
