Does anyone have the Sonic R mod?

I'm looking for the mod where the character model switches up to the Sonic R model, but each link directs me to the creator's dead link on youtube, anybody know where else i can get it?

Dang, dude, this was yeaaaars ago, i don't even know if i still have the files! I'll check if i can find anything in my folders, please stay on standby through the weekend and keep me updated if you find it before i get it!
