Windy Hill Zone 4 Red ring 5

So i have the Wii U and PC version of Lost World and on the Wii U version i got all Red Star Rings and want to do it on PC. But the last Red Ring in Windy Hill Zone 4 i cant get because the windmill doesnt want to launch me after jumping onto the top right platform. But on the Wii U i can do it perfectly fine.Its Hard to explain but i noticed that in the Wii U the windmill feels lighter and in the PC the windmill delays and wont work properly. So if somebody has something that can fix this i would really appreciate it.

you have press X in the controler to make sonic down faster but it is possible get the red ring without bump just go to the top plataform in the left side and try to land in the top plataform in the right side.that zone start about 5 minutes in the video,just advance to the part that you want to see. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BE-4TqCogvU

Yeah, thats exactly what im doing but it just doesnt work for me.

i just tried here,it was really easy,the trick here is use the bounce 3x to do a "high jump" to go to the top plataform on the right side of the windy (when you use the bounce the plataforms stop moving).
