Yes, when I'm in another area of the water park and turn the camera angle back to the office, there's a lot of lag.

Yeah if i look certain way the game stutters insanely with slowdowns, i thought it was my graphics card at first but nope every other game works fine.

Try changing video settings to Borderless Fullscreen, worked for me.

Yeah, a lot of sim games like this where theres so many npcs active at a time, are normally pretty laggy.

If I run I also experience quite some "lag". Almost like an elastic pulling you back. GPU / CPU seems to hover around 60-65% (4k High, 7800x3d, 32 gb memory) with no spikes in usage.
