same issue here. as soon as i get to Wailing Corridors, the textures stop loading and everything looks like an N64 game

Found a way to fix it, just launch the game with -dx11

Just open steam library, right click your amenti, open properties, go to generals and then type "-dx11" in the typing section. Done

alguien puede ayudarme? cuando salgo de una de las primeras camaras, donde se coge por primera vez la linterna, cuando paso el pasadizo gateando y llego a una puerta grande donde el juego se guarda, se me queda la pantalla en negro y me sale un mensaje de error. ayuda porfavor!!

Same issue here (with GTX 1660 Super), adding "-dx11" to the launch parameter fixes the lag but the quality of picture is not great.
