Power level vs. Slot vs. Charge

i haven't seen a description of how these work, but noone else asked so i figured it must be obvious... but nope, i can't tell any difference no matter which one i picked.

seeing as it's a massive grind to get each upgrade, i don't want to waste the effort on a feature that might not be in the game yet

should i forget about slots and charges and just put everything into power level?

I dont think charge is available in the game yet, same as you can't move to lvl 40 even with the enough evolution points

what about Slot? i have one, it doesn't seem to do much
i might reload an old save and just put everything into power level...

how did you spend your points?

I have 2, lvl 30 but I have not yet used against any villain

as it stand, you need at least level 20 for the higher villain, and normally they only require one slot power...so I am using the second one to for example go to two patrols at once
