cannot enter wormhole

whenever i try anything with a wormhole, i get this.


Wormhole Connection Error: (server) Validation failed: 'int' object has no attribute '__getitem__'

i did go through a wormhole once, and it broke my game. had to restart linux, and do the "r, r" thing to reset my world at the loading screen. now i cant get into the wormhole on any save at all.




other than that, i've had a blast. played 30+ hours this week. love the game. might buy it for a friend.

Have the same problem :( Went into a wormhole and game crashed and closed to windows.

Savegame is now broken. Only black screen when I start it.

I fixed a corner case in the server ship validation routine that you were hitting. You should be able to upload your ships now.

I think I have a fix for the black screen savegame issue, your save slot should work again after next update, which I'm going to try and get out later today.

thankyou for your prompt reply. everything is working now. it is such a pleasure to have my armada back, :D

i've noticed that the races are incomplete, but i do like playing with them. i think my favorite is the race with the scythe. issues on linux seem to be resolved as well.

now i blame you for my lack of sleep. i purchased the game for my friend as well. your price tag is steep, but if it allows you to keep working on the game like this, i see no problems.

Er, now I'm the one with the validation issues. It's only happening with the non-default fleets, however.

Edit: Nope, it's happening with all the fleets, except for my default fleet from before the update. Any new default fleets don't validate.

for me when i click follow wormhole NOTHING HAPPENS AT ALL!!! i mean really. i cant follow wormhole because nothing happens. PLS FIX

@maxmacneill - There was probably a blip in the connection. Exit the game and see if you are still logged in (you should see it on the start-up screen 'logged-in as maxmacneill').

I had that happen before and I just shut-down Reassembly, went back in after a minute, and everything was fine.
