Give yourself P or C

So i want to make a huge craft just for fun, but I don't want to have to grind all the P. Is there any way (cheat engine) (console command) to give yourself P or C?

There is a mod for that, it removes the cost of parts and the P-Limit, so you can build ships which are HUGE... let me just search for it real quick.
