How to make spinner ship?

I'm still new to the game. So what faction should I use if I want a spinner ship. (and what weapons if any to put on it)

Any faction is good at using spinner ships. But the sentinels are clearly best. Use meele armor at the spinner. When playing sentinel. It will cut through everything! (including battleships and massive asteroids)

I'd say Terran spinners are generally much better than Sentinel spinners.
The AI can fling mines across the screen with terrifying speed and accuracy.

Antimatter cannons work too.

What colour are they on the map? the sentinels?
