The game stutters when attacking or shooting
Every time you perform an attack, whether it's a quick attack or one with particles, the game stutters. This only happens when you first perform the attack and happens again when you switch rooms. You can see it most clearly with Trish's forward attack and backward charge shot.

This started happening out of nowhere and now it won't stop. I have disabled additional filters with ddmk and the game runs fine. I've also set it to high performance on the Nvidia panel.

I don't know if anyone has experienced this and might have a solution.

Here are my specs in case it helps:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB

The PC port of DMC4SE is Unfortunately no where near as good as it should have been as it was outsourced instead of worked on in house by Capcom. It's a far cry from the Original PC release of DMC4, which is still an Incredibly well optimised game.

It's getting to the point were PS4 Emulation is going to be the better choice for playing DMC4SE, and when it comes to just Nero and Dante's gameplay that original PC port is the best, no doubt. DMC4SE just has Simple conveniences, like doubling the amount of red orbs and proud souls you get, and shorting the time it takes to trigger sprinting outside of combat.
What's your Nvidia GPU btw? Not sure if you'll need to add more RAM for that.

Also try making the game use Nvidia GPU using the Windows Graphic Settings, it might be using the integrated GPU.

It's an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti.

I try Windows Graphic Settings and the game keeps stuttering when I attack. That doesn't seem to be the problem.

Even so, it is strange that it is something that happens now and not from the beginning.
