Low end PC mod???

I just bought the game and discovered that the PC port is horrible in terms of optimization and that any PC could run it if Capcom had ported it right, and the two mods that exist apparently Steam forbids you from using them in the most recent versions so they only work on pirated copies, however I know that these mods make the graphics more similar to the original version and remove the motion blur, is there any way to do this without downloading these mods that no longer work?

You can downgrade the game with this archive[github.com] and try the mods again.

But if you really want the low-end version one then DMC4 Vanilla is smoother but no Vergil, Lady, and Trish.
