Mouse Cursor always showing for someone else?

Just wondering if this is only me, but does anyone else have the mouse cursor always on the screen?

I can move it to the side, but it never just "disappears" or goes away for some reason, wondering if anyone else with the issue?

its for everyone i think with out a controler its needed to select things in the menu maybe

Alright thanks, I figured its that, but the mouse cursor also got stuck in Media Player Classic for me so I was starting to get paranoid.

I was hoping this was a bug, but I guess not if everybody else sees it. I wish it would autohide when it's not being used, Capcom did this perfectly with the RE5 PC port so I don't see why they forgot this time.

A lot of games I play do that now. Thankfully I can push it off to the side and lock my mouse pad.

It's that the game uses borderless window mode instead of true fullscreen. A little strange since vanilla version did this right, but it's nothing major. Could be worse if the game had mouse control, accedental ofscreen clicking would be annoying.
