Is there any way to "restart" DMC4:SE?

I just beat the game on Normal mode with Nero/Dante. I love this game a lot but I also loved unlocking things and using earned Proud Souls/Red Orbs to upgrade my character as time progresses. Having almost everything unlokced due to my normal run just sucks, and I reallly hope there is some way I can play on Sons of Sparda mode without having all this stuff unlocked.

I looked into the files of the game in the program files, i figured it had a save data file somewhere that you could delete to start over. But i diddn't find any file that i thought even remotely looks like save data. I tried one file i thought could be it, but the game just didn't boot without it.

Just paste that into your address bar in your documents, edit your name in, and you good.

You can load the vanilla DMC4 settings if you type "devilmaycry" on the title screen when it says "Press Any Button" that should change the way you earn Proud Souls and maybe erase the sharing too but you can only do this if you have no save data so if you're willing to try you'll have to delete that one.

this game have enabled cloud for his savefiles so if you want to start a fresh one you need to right click on dmc4se on your steam library go to updates tab and uncheck the box that say "Enable Steam Cloud...." then go to C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\OneDrive\Documents\CAPCOM\DEVILMAYCRY4SPECIALEDITION and delete the older save (dont forget to make a backup just in case)
