Spiral Swords (melee-range damage to his lightning cloak)
Spam Summoned Swords at him, jump and roll to avoid.
If I don't have it already, build up max Concentration by just standing next to him when he's looking around.
As soon as his cloak is down, close the distance and go into Yamato Combo C (multi-slash) before chaining into Lunar Phase to avoid the downtime. Alternate for a bit until I think his shield is about to come back.
Judgment Cut End
Back to sword spam with Storm Swords as often as possible. It usually nets me between S and SS, sometimes with SSS.
Dealing with Blitzes is usually just a matter of dealing as much damage as possible. I'm still getting accustomed to the timing, but I want to experiment with Dragon Breaker (it has an impact effect that reminds me of Real Impact) and see if it can be distorted...
If you have a move that delivers a ranged attack, it affects the Blitz' shield.
I just wish there was a reliable way to deal with Blitz...
Could have shredded so many bosses with that.
