Anyone know how to fix the screen?

It shows black bars on top and at the bottom and it looks like a movie. Is there any way it can fit the whole screen?

I don't know but it's bothering me too, i think they not appear in Windowed mode but i'm not sure

Try changing your screen resolution. I got mine to 1280x720 and it's a real full screen.
The black bars you're referring to is known as "letterbox", just so you know.

I think i know how to fix it , if u have a full hd screen choose the 1920x1080 then close the game and go for the ini file and change the Fullscreen ON and the Aspect from Default to 16:9

Tried it and still :(

They removed 16:10 support so no you can't get rid of them. In the old game you only got them in cutscenes but now you get them all the time.
