Controller not recognized
Okay, so the thing is, i have a x360 controller that works fine with all the steam games that let me use it... except DMC4SE, when i enter the game, my controller just don't work, none of the buttons do anything and i wanted to know if i'm the only one having this issue. (Now i came to think... could it be because my pad doesn't have vibration? i don't think but... just saying if it could be).

Thanks in advance for the replies

all 360 controllers have vibration and are xinput compatible. Are you using an official one or 3rd party (made by somone else)?

I'm using an official one, but it's a "low cost" one that doesn't have vibration, the gampad is this one, although there says it has a vibration feature, the one i bought says it doesn't:

Have you tried the x360ce program? It makes any gamepad act as a 360 one as far as games are concerned.

I haven't tried because i read in the game description that it was full compatible with gamepads, that's why i'm asking if there is any way to solve the problem without using an external program, i saw some threads talking about some problems with the controller, like feeling crappy and so, but none of them talking about the pad not working at all. If there is no other way i suppose i would have to stay with x360ce

Looks that way since a patch of any kind from crapcom is about as likely as snow in las vegas.
