How to delete save file?

i tried that but doesn't help every time i delete it it come again

did you turn off steam synchronizing

beacuse if you didn't the steam cloud could be replaceing your save when you try to delete it

I went there there is nothing. No sign of Capcom.
Then I found the save games in steam/userdata deleted them (still game can load from somewhere)
Went appdata. Found more saves Deleted. STill can load.
All clouds are off but Still can load.

Because that's the save location, i'm not sure what else could be causing the problem.

Regardless it seems like you wanting to start from scratch isn't even a big deal, since you haven't even beat the game yet going off your Achievements, at worst you've got some upgrades, but those can be refunded, aside from the Blue and Purple orbs bought with Red Orbs.
You can just start from mission 1, and at worse you'll have something unlocked if you beat mission 6 with Nero already.

well yeah... Last time I played dmc4 was like 9 y ago. and now installing game. there were only load option. all upgrades bought all missions done and tons of orbs. kinda loses point of game :D So I need to delete save
