Advice dodge attacks

Hi, I would like to know one thing about dodge attacks, then while doing combos and see that an enemy is about to attack using the usual "RB + A + analog stick" but I do not know why but I can do it sometimes does not shy and Black It takes damage and then I can never get to the SS or SSS.

But if something wrong?

I have seen this video, but how do I get the sword turbo "infinity" and so fast charging?

that doge is done right before the enemy strikes you.
And the Ex-Act is done right after you perform an attack.
In the original DMC4, automatic mode allowed you to have unlimited Ex gauge filled. Never tried on this game. Dont know why they dont allow to choose before a mission like in the original game.

I never use it. It's B+RB.
Check the skill list in the game.

yes it's A. I said it wrong.
