You'll have to experiment with control configurations to help alleviate that, get a keyboard that's very anti-ghost friendly, or pick up a controller.
Like a lot of bad reviews about the "terrible port" of the third Devil May Cry, but I have passed cracked version with Dante (normal) and Vergil (Hard, DMD) and I have not experienced a single problem but the gameplay complexity. Also like with Resident Evil 4 and etc. . It seems like too many casuals we have.
I prefer I for melee and J for ranged,as my keyboard doesnt acknowledge W space and J at the same time, and stinger type moves are imo more important than shooting while moving closer.
Also played DMC3 until DMD mission 3(because im not that good at the game to go further without items) and didnt have any issue.Really dont know where all the reputation of "bad port" comes from, just like DS1.
Welp, same
