Getting B-Rank in Mission 20 as Lady in LDK mode

I want to unlock the EX colors for Trish, but I always seem to get an S on Mission 20. I tried continuing and using items. Only Continuing registered, so IDKWTF. Is there an easier way to do this other than going through the whole game again in Heaven or Hell mode?

I think ex colors are unlocked by defeating a certain number of demons during credits. For guaranteed EX colors, do it on Heaven or Hell difficulty, because it's the fastest way

Got it. Here's what I did.

1. Die 3 times.
2. Die another time and use a gold orb.
3. Spend 20 minutes fighting a war of attrition.

Final rank is DSS with three penalties. Enough to get a rank C. Next up is to kill 20 or more demons, which should be easy for Trish.
