As someone using DX12, it's not having any problems on my end.
To answer your original questions, vergil isn't in DMC4, he was added for DMC4SE as a bonus, and plays little part in the story. Same goes for the other two added playable characters. They're just there to play as, story is unaffected by them.
Edit: My game has never crashed, and the graphics are largely identical, to answer the other two questions.
To try to answer your questions, vanilla Devil May Cry 4 will run fine on even potato PCs, so you shouldn't have problems playing it. You will be missing the content that is exclusive to Special Edition though, which are the three additional playable characters (Vergil, Lady, and Trish) and extra costumes for all of the playable characters; Vergil isn't in vanilla DMC4 in any way.
if someone are able to solve my problam, that is my pc specs
i7 7700hq
gtx 1060
16gb ram
windows 10
directx 12
Your specs are quite a bit above mine, and I'm running at max settings, 60 FPS, no crashes. I'd try and fix the problem instead of going back to vanilla. DMC4:SE is rebalanced and has so much more content.
