Won't launch

The game wont launch for me, when I try to run the game a small window appears and then disappears. Unfortunately, I cant refund the game because I bought it last year but had no time to play. If someone can help me out with this issue it would mean a lot to me, thanks.

This fix worked across 2 computers
go to steam properties, installed files, browse files, then right click properties on exe
In properties tick off 2 settings only in compatability anything else makes it wonky
1.disable fullscreen opt
2. run in 640x480
For whatever reason this launches the game in fullscreen with correct resoltion.

This is what worked for me

Here's what to do:
Download the fix from the video description.

Extract the files anywhere on your PC.

Open the folder called “DMC 4 Special Edition Fixed exe”.

Inside, find the .exe file that matches your screen resolution.

Copy that .exe and paste it into your Steam game folder (right-click the game in Steam → Manage → Browse local files).

Hey man , so i tried this same method , but when i opened the game code and typed where to navigate me i saw that the row that this guy changed is different than mine.Instead of
80 02 00 00 mine are comepletly different digits than his. And some colums were comepletly different too.
