28th March 2019 fix for Trainers and DDMK

Found a fix for Trainers and DDMK which the update today broke for DMC4SE!

IF YOU WISH TO USE DDMK with 4SE SuperTrainer you can now use any version of DDMK as long as it is 2.7 or above!

*Make sure you replace ^ (dot) with "." without quotations.

Super Trainer v9:

Download these files, extract then overwrite them in your steam Special Edition folder and enjoy playing 4SE as usual!

Go to your local folder and rename 223kb sized steamapi.dll to something random like "useless.dll"

Download these 2 files and place them in your steam Special Edition folder and enjoy continuing on like everything's normal. Works with Super Trainer V9 and DDMK everything tested and works.

**22 June 2023 seems to have made the game crash from failure to read files. Make sure the game is installed on your C:\\ which is your main drive with Windows/User > AppData in order to play the game normally without crashing with or without SuperTrainerV9.**

You can check it if you've done it correctly by looking at the file sizes for each file:
DMC4SE.EXE = 15,436kb
"Useless.dll" = 223kb
steam_api.dll = 143kb

Edit 1: You can go full screen and then windowed when changing resolutions to maintain the 120fps and above. It doesn't run as well as before but it still somewhat works.

Edit 2: It appears that the update also screws around with the memory and causes crashes for users on Windows 7. Luckily this method also fixes all those issues. Thanks to setrika_panas

God Bless you brother, Tested and it Works 100%. Btw, the update that I got was around 1.3GB, and the changes that I saw in game was thats now locked at 120 Fps, BP and Story, not the performance test. And you can't choose if either borderless window, windowed or fullscreen.

Danny try verifying the game files, and then trying again, it's possible some other files were corrupted.

i did, buncha times, also removed the files from dmc4 tweaks from the nexus which is the simple ''trainer'' i use, no effect the game just won't boot up

I gotta emphazise it is a problem only with the old .exe file, if i validate and play with the new updated version it does boot the game. I've also tried Liandri's start-up crash fixes using HxD, no results.

Sigh.. if nobody finds no miracle solution for this just link me a trainer i can use with the new version, if it comes around, specificaly one that allows me to activate vergil's trick down outside of DT.

Also now that i think of it classic motion MIGHT not work as well, sure as hell hope it still does because i doubt that, if flemia updates, he will re-release the old versions, i hate v3 because of the weird swap to yamato and force edge's strings.

UPDATE: Long story short, in the end it was my stupid ass that completely missed the steps for the fix, didn't realise i had to rename and keep the original dll file alongside the link's dll file, instead of replacing it altogether. The game's fixed now, back to demonslaying.
