It useful on some bosses if you know how to trigger some spears, but you should be Donguri to learn timings with these techniques

Useful to take down Blitzes, to strip down their lightning armor. I also use it occasionally here and there just to be more fancy.

It has decent stun but low damage doesn't it?

If you stuck those arrows into an enemy an explode them, the damage would be fine.

Lucifer is one of the main reasons why DMC4 has the best combo videos. When you don't know how to use it you can think it's an useless weapon but NOPE, it's one of the best weapons DMC ever had in its history. Just watch some combo videos/tutorial which show how to use Lucifer and you'll change your mind ;)

super usefull, theyre usefull on bosses as it does alot of dmg if you hit all of them.
also, on those ghosty fella's [forgot their name] theyre rather usefull as you can easily get them to the form in wich you can actually kill them

It's INCREDIBLY useful for combo stuff (and some heavy burst damage) but it's also a higher-level weapon. Lucifer has the only launcher attack Dante can use while in the air, and it's basic air attack also moves him towards the enemy which makes it really easy to correct your jump-cancelling distance.
