Slow motion bug please help!

I dont quite understand whats wrong with the game, I've always wanted to play DMC4 but having never owned a console i could not:P I got the game on steam downloaded it today and started playing had a blast then i got to mission 4 where nero has to find those gyro things and BAM slow motion. i turned max framerate to variable did all the fixs i found on google and still nothing. i got it to where it runs in slo mo for a bit then goes to 60fps 1980p then go to a new area and bam same thing WTF?! My specs are amdfx4300 nvidia gtx750ti 8gb ram i should be able to run this on high right? but it goes in slo mo and drives me nuts! please help

its a guide how to reduce slow mo lag and i do hav the slo mo lag before but after that guide it help me playing dmc4se with less lag (mostly becuz : blur motion,depth field)
