There's just no story for other characters than Dante/Nero
Same levels, no cutscenes but special intro-outro scene
There are 3 stories: Dante/Nero, Vergil, and Lady/Trish. The character you play as is switched about midway through the game, except for when you're playing as Vergil. The missions themselves are the exact same for all.
Dante/Nero is the main game with a fleshed out story and cutscenes between each mission, while Vergil and Lady/Trish only have short openings and endings at the beginning and end of the game. Those openings and endings are exclusive though and don't appear in the main Nero/Dante story.
