default price : how change ?

how do i change the default price of a recipe ? tutorial says to change default price after if change the essential ingredients quality; thanks

I don't think the default price itself can be changed, but the price on the menu can be changed. When you click on the item in the menu, you will see + and - signs, and the price can be clicked on to directly edit it.
