Getting killed while talking to a Deer that gives a new skill

Title says it all. Please give invincibility frames while you're talking to a deer, especially the one who gives razor hoof because he has like 20 text boxes and its super easy to get killed in that time frame

The same thing just happened to me :/ Was talking to a deer NPC and was promptly killed by an enemy.

ive complained about this befote too. I think the better solution would be both invincibility frames and also limited the area around where that deer is that enemies can spawn. I was speaking with the Thunder Deer Elder during one of my playthroughs when a bear came in there (because the elder was in a little indent in the ground, you know with the blocks and stuff) so the bear got caught in there and was attacking me while speaking and yep i got Annihilated

Also, in the longer dialog sessions like that, it wastes time and brings you closer to starving. I think simply pausing the game during dialog would fix these issues.
