How do i defeat the snake boss?

I been walking and walking and walking until i finally found a boss place and i try and try to get the snake and nothing happen i cant defeat that !"#$%&&%#/ snake please someone help

Jump to touch the stalactites and they'll fall. Time that so they fall on the snake's head, then bash the boss while he's down. Rinse and repeat.
