Cool! Do you have access to a scanner? I have experience with image editing, so if you would be willing to share high quality scans of the overlay I could clean and restore everything into a printable document. Let me know if you are interested :)

I see that this is an old post, but if anyone is still interested in the F-117A Keyboard Overlay
one side was made for the PC/XT/AT and the other side for the IBM 101 key PS/2.
I have scans of both sides before anything was punched out or cut on my OneDrive

I re-created all the icons in graphical form and made a layout profile to use with a Streamdeck (if you have one). I have a thread explaining more.

i meticulously, (is it 5 or 5.5mm or was it 3 1/4 or 3 5/64") measured the key board and cut this overlay and penciled in the button functions and made the one for the center two rows on the keyboard. oh... this keyboard is from staples.

Those links only work when signed into the host account, you have to use the share button to create public links for your dropbox files/images.

@Naromi I created guides with the entire list of commands for F-117A and F-19. I created Stream Deck profiles with shortcuts and icons as well. Hope it helps.

Wow this is amazing, I was going to get this primarily to play on SteamDeck and was asking for the overlay to see how viable it would be to make a control profile, the fact there is already a profile is wonderful. Thank you so much for making that.
