The map with the headless horseman

On the map it is impossible to use water. Puddle or river. Ghosts there simply do not attach, so there is no way to “pull out” the scarecrow.

I forgot to write, the headless horseman does not move on the map. Half of the skills do not work.

Just played it yesterday and it was l working just fine, maybe I can help you on that or it's some kind of random or temporary.

You can use a well on the left of Scarecrow.

The Scarecrow can only be saved by using a gift + Gushing Blood, as Gore doesn't work right now.
And yeah, neither does the horseman. Currently he's the worst ghost in the game.

As for me id he'd move at least like a Boo does inside the room - will be perfect for me. Got tired of "having a ghost placed" but not having it at the same time (this portal thingy)

Exactly, I tried my best to release the Scarecrow, first tried with the Harriet's gift and Hard Boiled, the powers didn't work, so I brought there kids, used Hard Boiled, and still nothing. Do you think they will fix it? Or they just overlooked him?

Do this. Use rain with some haunter, the puddle next Scarecrow will grow, place Harriet in the middle of tha puddle, caste Ethereal gift, then bind Hardboiled and use Gushing Blood (its highest level power)
