Forget that...
Wait now guys, this could be the case or it may not be. I don't see anything that supports a solid Warbirds 2020 actually being a thing. Now when they released the screenshots of the 3d modeled B-17 and M1 Abrams they wrote:
"First post for 2020. This year will see MicroProse release its first games for some time... We will be sharing with you more about this and other games we have in development throughout the year.
#microprose #b17 #m1tank #oldfriends"
They stated that they plan on releasing its first game(S) in 2020. So if it was Warbirds 2020 then why would they start off teasing a B-17 of all aircraft and with such detail? Also why would they say "#microprose #b17 #m1tank #oldfriends" as well? Just trying to be optimistic here. Lets all be hopeful! :D
Edit: They've added 3 more screens showing off the cockpit and tail section. They are teasing the B-17 right now pretty hard.
sarebbe fantastic B-17 online
Been a fan of microprose games since f15 on the C64
M1TP was my favourite game of all time, so good, that when i actually got on an M1 for real, i knew a lot of the contols allready =)
I hope that did not create any problems with your instructor. How many times did he get mad at you for knowing things before teaching you? LOL
No, not Sid Meier or Bill Stealey but a group of MicroProse fans from Australia actually bought the name and title licences.
Surprisingly, Sid Meier had nothing to do with B-17: The Mighty Eighth.
Also, I think it went from Hasblow to infrograms (later to buy and use the name Atari). I'm glad none of them are part of the new group.
I think F-15 was my 1st Combat Flight Sim. I actually bought SubLogics Flight sim but did not like the wire-frame graphics and went back to the store and swapped it for F-15. Later to buy almost all MPS titles after that :D
Check out their website and Facebook page. They have some nice pictures hinting at what they are working on. Maybe a new B-17 Sim ;)
