This was indeed an early bug that allowed players to hatch monsters without buying the intended slots. With the recent update, that system was corrected — from now on, you’ll need available slots in your Monsterpedia to hatch new monsters.
If you go back to 7 monsters or fewer, you should be able to hatch again normally!
That being said, I’ve already been in touch with you on Discord, and I’ll see what I can do to help with your specific case so you don’t have to part with your monsters. Thanks again for your patience and for playing! 😊
