The sad thing is that some are so defensive (and how can they not be, they spent 50 bucks), that when someone tells them that this "remake/remaster" is not even the shadow of the original xbox 360 game, they give them jester awards, when doing a simple google search confirms that what they say is true.
The only thing that could save this version are the updates or mods, because of "definitive edition" as the game description says, it only has the graphics.
They know how praised the original NGB release is, and that the "Sigma" suffix has become sort of stigmatised.
But all they ended up doing for the "hardcore" fans (that it targets) is just hurting the "Black" branding for the future, by not living up to the lofty expectations that it implies
