Input lag fix!!
The lag in this games controls was about to have me not play it anymore. Here is the fix:

1. Right-click the game executable and select Properties.
2. Navigate to the Compatibility tab.
3. Change the high DPI settings and check the box for High DPI Override.
4. Select “Application” from the dropdown menu.
5. Apply the changes.

Enabling Nvidia low latency may help additionally.

How are you verifying the fix? Using some tool to measure it?

That… explains why I don’t have any while everyone else seemed to. That’s how I have mine set by default… just to prevent scaling issues

Confirmed, this works.

GG OP.
Which exe? the launcher or the real game exe deep in the game files?

Both, just to be safe.

It kind of helped but I still found input lag even with the fix (thanks btw). What is causing this lag is frame generation so disabling it helps a lot with it.

Thanks!! now my game is very responsive, 0 input lag
Simply turning off Vsync is enough. You can also pass a Busevsync=false variable via a Engine.ini file that's set to read only.

But i turned off Vsync before and didn't fix it

I also noticed input lag when using a dinput controller (DualSense). Enabling Steam Input for PlayStation controllers made the game use xinput instead, and that resolved the issue completely.
I think this has fixed it for me.

Edit: Sadly it hasn't, I'm still getting inputs being eaten at certain moments.
