Well, before I drop 50$, I wanna see how the "borrowed" version plays. I will report back here with my findings
Nahh man, there is DEF some input lag. I remember MN on the 360 days it was responsive and quick. It even said I had 32ms latency on the game? How does a SP game have latency haha. Def with the dodging and button inputs there is def some lag with inputs.

So anyone else with an input latency problem try this.

Set it to fullscreen (not borderless fullscreen, as this game calls it windowed) then set to 60fps, set super resolution type to off.

Feels better in my experience.

the game is from 2008. While they updated the grafics everything else seems to be the same, including wonky controlls and camera.

No wonky controls were not a key feature of NG2.
Input Lag will never be something pleasant in any game.
It was heavy in NGS2 because PS3 could not handle the game without it (and it was alwready a crime to allow that) finally remaking the game to keep the inpout delay ?
They absolutely don't know what they are doing.

You could hold me by the balls Casino Royale style and I would never self report myself like this
Said it in a different topic, but someone mentioned that it could be the controller. I switched from Series X to a Wii U Pro controller and the controls are now a whole lot more responsive. Game is still a tiny bit sluggish, but no more than Sigma 2 was.

No more than NGS2 ?
It was alwready unplayable in that game.
It's really not too much to ask to have LESS inputlag than a game realeased a decade ago on old PS3 hardware...

Well first difference i've noticed is that the GP version doesnt have DLSS at all, only FSR
I wish I still had an X360 and a copy of the game to compare, but sometimes I try to do a dodge and Ryu just isn’t doing it fast enough. I just can’t tell if that’s me being bad or if it is genuinely input lag that wasn’t in the original.

If you got a series X, you can play it and they boosted it so it stays locked at 60. The biggest issue I remember being complained about on release was the slowdown when stuff went crazy on screen
I suppose a point of comparison could be the master collection
